Order Information:
- To order, simply look through our online wig catalog and press "Add to Cart" button when you find the wig you want. If you are looking for specific item and are not able to find it in our online catalog, you may want to call us to find the availability of that item since we do have other items not included in online catalog.
- Our site is hosted on Yahoo's secured (SSL) encrypted server, which is the industry standard for secure commerce online shipping transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card through Yahoo's secured (SSL) encrypted server. Money orders and cashier's checks are accepted.
- We accept PayPal payment. Please send PayPal payment to paypal@wowwigs.com.
- We accept Purchase Orders from schools and government organizations. Minimum for Purchase Orders is $100.00. Please fax a signed copy of your Purchase Order and contact information to 714-228-9637.
Shipping & Delivery:
- Most of our United States customers receive their order within 2-7 business days
We offer FREE Priority Mail shipping for any orders of $49.95 or more in United States (Coupon Code: freeshipping) and charge $7.95 for shipping and handling for orders less than $49.95. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Express Mail service is offered for $29.95 and orders will be delivered in 2 to 4 business days.
All international orders will be shipped via Global Express Mail for $35.95.
Canadian orders will be shipped via Global Express Mail for $24.95.
- We are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by Customs for International deliveries.
- You will be notified via email when your shipment has left for delivery. We reserve the right to change our policy without notice. Although we will try our best to send your merchandise as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee any problems that may occur, i.e. weather, strikes, slow delivery by shipper, etc. We do not take responsibility for late shipment(s).
Refunds & Exchanges:
- No returns accepted on any items. You may exchange your purchase within 7 days. Only one exchange is permitted.
- To get exchange, the wig must be in salable condition, unworn and undamaged, in the original condition with tags attached.
- Exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order via email at exchange@WOWwigs.com or fax at 714-228-9637. Please include order number, reason for exchange and list of items you want in exchange. An exchange authorization number will be issued by either email or fax with instructions. No exchange without authorization number will be accepted.
- Merchandise must be shipped to us within 3 business days after the authorization number is issued.
- For all exchanges, re-stocking fee of $15.00 per wig or 15% of purchase amount (whichever is greater) and shipping charge of $7.95 will be charged if a free shipping was offered.
- Shipping and handling fee won't be refunded. You have to pay for the return of the merchandise. Collect shipments will be refused.
- Upon receipt, all refunds and exchanges will be processed according to our policy.
